The hotel with well-equipped and well-kept rooms, in a quiet area, in a “ happening ” area.

The room was functional with a great view and good breakfast, for instance, just what was needed. The food was different at the lobby. The location was marvellous and unbeatable, relatively close to a lined park👍

Location close enough to bars and restaurants around and many restaurants and even a life supermarket. Exceptionally comfortable bed, clean bathroom and a safe, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room. Its exceptional service...

Nice overall experience. Absolutely great and perfectly fine hotel, good home base for 5 nights in Osaka. Spotlessly clean rooms complete with large suitcases to be opened, good breakfast and safe, amazingly nice staff. Great and perfect location really close to a supermarket and convenience stores nearby, and main train station and even the Osaka Castle, 20 min walk to train station.

A little small room.

Everything was simply perfect. Modern hotel with AMAZINGLY NICE staff with best manner, liked our staying. We were in a great and perfectly comfortable location close to train stations, Umeda, and main tourist attractions. Furthermore, close to Osaka train station.

I recently had the chance to stay at this hotel and I was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was impressive. They had thought of everything, from well-organized plug and bedside lamp to make your stay more comfortable. I also appreciated the hotel's location on a main road, making it easily accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. The rooms were clean and spacious, with enough room for larger suitcases to be opened. The breakfast included was also a great addition, with a variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

a safe, multi-channel tv and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. savoury and extensive breakfasts with reasonable western options and an additional take-out drink, for instance. location right by a train station that is a station away from umeda station, even the osaka castle and several different subway lines.

Perfectly clean and functional room with safe, nice amenities and kettle, and smoke detectors too for guests' safety. Marvellous location in Osaka, really close to Very close to the metro, and all trains. Also, by local convenience stores.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Osaka. the location was excellent. It was near several train stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there were plenty of nearby convenience stores for any last-minute needs. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Lastly, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a great view of the city. I also loved the fact that they offered a good breakfast, which was included in the price. this hotel was a great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities covered.

All was perfect during my stay.

The location of this hotel is great, as it is within walking distance to a subway station and close to several different subway lines. Additionally, there are many local convenience stores nearby. The staff were also incredibly friendly and willing to assist me with any needs I had during my stay. Best of all, the hotel was very clean and had a nice breakfast offering.

Clean, spacious rooms. Kind and helpful staff. Free water bottles and breakfast. Variety of bath salts and toiletries. Great location near subway and convenience stores. Free rental goods and bike use.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was a decent size and had a great view of the street. I was impressed with the classical Japanese western-style decor. The check-in/out process was quick and easy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and many restaurants. The breakfast was simple but satisfying. Despite the slight inconvenience of the hidden laundromat, the helpful staff made up for it. I would highly recommend Eins Inn Umedahigashi for a few nights' stay.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic value of the hotel. the room size was more significant than the standard Japanese hotel rooms, with a complimentary breakfast consisting of both Japanese and Western food. the staff was friendly, even though their English speaking skills were limited. I appreciated the free bottled water available in the room. the hotel is conveniently located near transportation stations, making it easy to explore different parts of the area.

One disadvantage of the hotel is the distance from the train station, making it challenging to carry a lot of luggage. the laundry facility was not convenient since it was located outside, behind a locked door, and not well thought out.

The hotel offers excellent value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing great service. The basic amenities in the rooms are well-maintained, and the hotel's location on a major street allows for easy access to transportation options. Furthermore, the breakfast included in the stay is delicious and provides a good variety of options.
